After retiring in 2023 from UC Davis as a Business Office Manager, I finally gave myself permission to spend more time doing something I absolutely love—photography.
I’ve been behind the camera for 16+ years, capturing weddings, senior portraits, engagements, family memories, and all those moments that somehow pass way too quickly. Seriously… one minute they’re in your arms, and the next you’re taking senior photos and wondering where the time went.
I’ve been married since 1998 (so yes… definitely not a spring chicken 😆), and together we’ve raised six amazing kids who now live from the West Coast to the East Coast. Somewhere along the way, they gave us eight grandbabies—
Recently, my husband and I packed up and moved from Nor Cal to Somerville, Tennessee, and I’m absolutely loving the small-town life. Slower pace, friendly people.
Photography has never felt like work to me—it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I love meeting people, hearing their stories, and capturing moments you’ll look back on years from now and smile.
I’m currently accepting clients for family sessions, senior portraits, and engagements in Somerville, TN, and surrounding areas.
If you don’t mind a photographer who may tell a bad joke, fix your hair, and remind you to put your hands somewhere besides awkwardly at your sides… We’ll get along just fine.
